L'Oasis_Cuisine: Creative French

The three Raimbault brothers run this two Michelin star restaurant on the Côte d’Azur, which dates back to 1954.

With Provencal and Asian influences, Grands Chefs StĂ©phane and Antoine’s contemporary menu is put together using fresh ingredients from the Forville market in Cannes. Pastry chef François is responsible for the impressive ’caravane of desserts’.

Housed in a neo-gothic villa surrounded by palm trees and exotic plants, the fine venue also houses a bistro, an old-fashioned patisserie and a cooking school.
