The award-winning restaurant at Drakes provides sumptuous cuisine and fine dining in the heart of Brighton.

Since opening its doors in 2004, it has been combining the highest quality seasonal ingredients to create modern European food.

Highly acclaimed Head Chef Andrew Mackenzie showcases his skills and talents throughout the menu and is renowned for creating exquisite cuisine using locally sourced ingredients.

The regularly updated menu allow you to savor dishes such as cauliflower veloute with almond oil and poached egg and the mascarpone crème brûlée.

TERRE Á TERRE

Amanda Powley and Philip Taylor purchased Terre à Terre in 1993 out of a shared passion to create a platform to share their meat-free cooking.

For over 20 years, Terre à Terre has been all about quality ingredients and creativity.

The relaxed interior creates a calm and fuss-free space, and the cuisine is just as straightforward and well executed, with an emphasis on local produce. Highlights include free-range chicken breast and ballotine with chorizo stuffing for mains and chocolate and orange sponge with honeycomb for dessert.

THE LITTLE FISH MARKET

Having been converted from a fishmonger into an exquisite fish restaurant in January 2013, The Little Fish Market is still a relatively new restaurant within the Brighton dining scene.

However, it is already causing much excitement with a handful of rave reviews.

Manager and Head Chef Duncan Ray boasts an impressive resume and has previously been Head Chef at the Latymer Restaurant at the prestigious Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey. Ray has also worked alongside Heston Blumenthal at the Fat Duck in Bray.

Sourcing fresh fish from around the British Isles, The Little Fish Market uses local ingredients and suppliers for all dishes and produce.The light and airy interior lined with the artwork of Colin Eusden also creates a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere.
