Head chef Marcus Eaves composes his menu according to seasonal availability to ensure unsurpassable, unforgettable flavors in dishes such as lemon sole wrapped in courgette and scallop mousse, accompanied by fried baby squid, pink grapefruit and a basil emulsion. Head for the main dining room on the first floor for a convivial dining experience, or hire out the private dining room – dark, decadent, dramatic and oozing with luxury – on the third floor for a VIP dinner or event.
