Created by chef Vineet Bathia, who describes his award-winning cuisine as “evolved Indian food that never stops evolving”. Balance and sophisticated use of spices are Bathia’s signature while he gives traditional Indian cuisine a unique and contemporary twist and an exceptionally modern presentation. Designed by the acclaimed Adam D. Tihany, the restaurant’s décor features a vibrant color scheme in accents of reds and purples, with embossed silver leaf set into rich woods and beautiful stone surfaces. A contemporary tandoori oven stands as a proud centerpiece.
