Lady Nai Harn
- 35ml Chalong Bay Rum
- 15ml Limoncello
- 5ml honey
- 10ml lemon juice
- 25ml mango juice
- 6 leaves of mint
- Dash of egg white
To create our Cocktail of the Week, first muddle mint and honey in the bottom of your shaker. Add all ingredients with plenty of ice, shake well and strain in a V-shape cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Made with locally-sourced Chalong Bay rum, renowned mixologist Salim Khoury invented the Lady Nai Harn as part of a specially curated cocktail list for the Nai Harn in Phuket. Formerly known as the Royal Phuket Yacht Club, the luxury hotel reopened as the Nai Harn in January 2016 with 130 guest rooms and a bespoke spa.
