Resident Chef Wayan and his team are known for the generosity of their servings and the attention to visual presentation. After all, a good host always shares in abundance. The Daily Breakfast Table includes a spread of pastries and a selection of freshly baked breads and croissants, assorted flavored yoghurts, a choice of cereal, local fruit platter with an accompanying pitcher of choice fresh juices, whilst not neglecting the preferred blend of Nespresso coffee and for the queen, her selection of TWG tea.
General Manager David Beevers said: “Since our opening, we have been delighted with the feedback from our guests with regards our breakfast menu and importantly, we have listened to their ideas for further improvement. Whilst our menu is our recommendation, we are always happy to meet any special requests where at all possible and will continue to do so.”
